As we enter the darkest and most inhospitible of winter months a lot of action is being undertaken over the course.

This winter will see the refurbishment of the bunker surrounds and a number of paths. Extra attention is being paid to the walk off areas around the greens to improve the aeration and grass growth.

In January, the kitchen will be closed for two weeks in order to carry out an overhaul of the equipment. However, members will be able to see the improvements this will make at the Burns Supper on 28 January.
